Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Drama & Dazzle jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, returns may be requested under the following conditions:
Return Request Window
You must contact us at info@dramandazzle.com within 3 days of delivery to request approval for a return.
Approval Required
All returns must be approved by Drama & Dazzle before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please email us at info@dramandazzle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return for its full value, as Drama & Dazzle is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Condition of Items
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
Timeline for Sending Returns
Your return must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union
For orders shipped to addresses in the European Union, statutory 14-day cancellation rights apply under EU consumer law. Returns must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Following receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at info@dramandazzle.com.
