Shipping — Continental U.S.
All orders within the continental United States ship via UPS Ground. Rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time UPS carrier pricing and offered at discounted Shopify rates.
Shipping — Non-Continental U.S. & Territories
All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Rates are calculated at checkout using real-time USPS carrier pricing and offered at discounted Shopify rates. Transit times may vary depending on destination.
International Orders
If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact info@dramandazzle.com to discuss international shipping options.
Handling Fee
A $5 USD handling fee is applied to all orders to cover packaging and fulfillment. This fee is automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available through Guide Protection and can be purchased at checkout. It provides coverage for loss, theft, or damage once your package has shipped. Cost is based on your cart total — typically under 3% — and is calculated at checkout. Customers who purchase Guide Protection can file claims directly at dramandazzle.com/claim.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 3–4 business days. Back-ordered or custom-made pieces ship as soon as they become available. For specific shipping timelines on such items, please contact info@dramandazzle.com.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates will appear automatically as your package moves through transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Drama & Dazzle is not responsible for items lost in transit or for packages that are lost or stolen after a carrier has marked them as delivered. If you purchased insurance through Guide Protection, please file your claim directly at dramandazzle.com/claim. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your shipping carrier's local facility.

Please note that Drama & Dazzle may experience occasional shipping delays during holiday periods or scheduled breaks. Any temporary changes will be noted on our website at the time of purchase.
